Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away with photos of the damage so we can make it right — with a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of misuse.
